We understand that life with kids can be unpredictable. Arriving within 5 minutes of your scheduled time is usually fine, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If you’re running more than 5 minutes late, please call or text us so we know you’re on the way. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we can only fit you in if we have an open slot, since we don’t want to rush the next child’s haircut.
Yes. Our First Haircut Package includes a certificate, photo, and a lock of hair to remember the milestone.

Haircuts can be tough for sensory-sensitive kids, so we take a patient and flexible approach. We also ask for parents’ partnership — your support during the appointment helps your child feel safer. To build comfort over time, we recommend visits every 3 weeks, so your child can get used to the routine and feel more confident with each cut.
We’ve found that taking a lot of extra time doesn’t always help children with sensory sensitivities. Instead, we focus on making the process as efficient and calm as possible. If parents are comfortable, we’ll continue the haircut even with some movement, as long as you can safely hold and support your child during the cut. This teamwork helps us complete the haircut without dragging it out, while keeping the experience as positive as possible.

Yes, absolutely. We welcome parents to stay close during every haircut. For younger children, we offer lap seating so your child can sit safely on your lap. For kids who prefer their own chair, we provide child-sized chairs with safety straps for extra comfort and security.
